Create new staff users - include domain logins (add users to relevant security groups), email, MIS (SIMS, Arbor, Integris), any online services.
Delete/disable staff leavers - include domain accounts, email, and any online services.
Create new student users - import new starters and new in-year students - include domain logins, EYFS Learning Journal systems, online services (Timestable Rockstars, Mathletics, Purple Mash).
Delete/disable student leavers - check with school if they want to disable or delete last year's leavers for OFSTED evidence. Disable/delete any other in-year leaver accounts.
(If school use SIMS) Check SIMS clients are up-to-date on all computers.
Test classroom audio/visual - board interactivity, sound, visualisers.
Power on all computers to receive antivirus/Windows updates.
Tidy laptop/tablet trolleys.
Update IT inventory.
Update notes on equipment due for replacement.
