Below is the procedure for an ill / absent consultant resulting in a support visit being missed.
Before 08:00, please send an email using the following template:

Please contact your schools and let them know that you will be unable unable to visit. They can also inform you if there are any specific tasks that need to be completed.
Update your calendar to reflect any changes. The covering consultant should also update their calendar.
At 09:30, please call the Interm IT Office to confirm that their message has been received and provide any information provided by the schools during the earlier calls.
