For Princity to connect, you need to ensure that your network allows a connection to cc.its-printer.com (20.113.177.68) on port 80 (http), port 443 (https).

To test the connection, you can run these two commands in Powershell from the Princity server:

tnc cc.its-printer.com -port 80

tnc cc.its-printer.com -port 443

The output must be 'true' otherwise this indicates that the network is blocking the connection. 

​If you use a proxy server, then the connection details for this must be entered in the agent.config file located in the PrinCity installation folder on the server.

After configuring the above, please start the PrinCity service in Services.msc and if the service remains running then this indicates that a successful connection is being made.
