In Hertfordshire, filesets need to be downloaded from the Hertfordshire DMS Portal. SIMS Administrators should have their own login to access this. If they do not, other technicians may have access to already downloaded filesets.

This process is normally completed by the SIMS Administrator at the school, however, if they have specifically asked you to import the fileset, perform the following:

1. Please Save / Download the file to an available location and then unzip the folder by right clicking the file and using extract all.

2. Within SIMS please use the route Tools > Setups > Import Fileset

3. Browse using the folder option to where the file is saved and click Import Fileset.

4. Close and re-open SIMS and you should see that the new fileset is shown.
