If a Ruckus AP is:

• ...failing to load it's UI (constantly rebuilding Unleashed network).

• ...not resetting after a physical reset.

• ...appears as disconnected in the Unleashed portal.

1. Locate the AP IP address.

2. Use a terminal application like Putty and SSH into the AP IP address

3. Type the AP's CLI admin username and password (this depends upon how AP is being managed)

4. For ZoneDirector managed APs username password will be the same as Zone Director admin credentials.

5. For Unleashed also it will be the same as your Unleashed master AP.

6. For SmartZone managed APs it will be the user name password set in AP Zone's settings.

7. In default state AP's default user name and password is: super/sp-admin 

8. Now run the commands "set factory" followed by "reboot".
