While logged in as a School Administrator user in Arbor:
Navigate to School > All Staff > Add New Staff Member
Gender : Not Specified
Title: The Honourable
First name: Interm
Last name: IT
Email: intermit@<schoolDomain>.sch.uk
Assign business roles:
School Administrator
ICT Technician
Select Create staff member.
In the Interm IT user's profile > under Employment & Financial
Include in school workforce census: No (untick include) > Include in CES census: No (untick include) > Save Changes.

Delete existing data from the SchoolCloud system. If you have login details you can complete this on behalf of the school, or you can send this link to the school admin.
